  • Will Instagram close my account?

No. There's no chance Instagram will close your account unless you breach their terms - Posting naughty pictures, being offensive, harassing people, spamming, using bots or doing something illegal etc. 

  • Are the followers real?

Yes, they're 100% real people based on your brand, your competitors, your location and your market.

  • How secure is my password with you guys?

Pretty secure. If you have control over your registered email account (the one you registered Instagram with) you can reset your Instagram password anytime.  Only you have access to your email, so nobody else can actually change the password but you. As long as you have access to your email account in which you registered your account with, there's nothing to worry about as this will give you ultimate control over your account.

  • What is a password reset?

Don't worry, this is completely normal. This is because unusual activity has been happening on your account and therefore Instagram resets your password as a precaution.  Or Instagram just wants to check you're still in control of your account. If this happens, simply reset the password via your email and if we need to know the new password, we'll be in touch.  More help on password resets can be found on Instagrams help page

  • How long will it take to get started once I sign up?

As soon as we receive your order and make sure your brand is appropriate, about half a day. We'll send you an email to let you know when we have processed it. Once you submit your details, Insta-porter will connect to your account and get started. Occasionally Instagram will not recognise Insta-porter as 'you' and issues a password reset to make sure it is you, so look out for the password reset email. 

  • Will I be charged when my activity is offline?

No. As we charge per month we'll just pause any work we're doing. 

  • How many new followers can I expect?

This depends on the nature of your brand, your market, your brand popularity,  hashtags and the time of the week etc. We aim to get you about 15-30 quality followers per day, however this is not a guarantee. Some of our more famous clients get hundreds a day, some are much more specific in their requirements and target much smaller demographics.

  •  Will you edit my profile?

No, we just handle the boring stuff.  We will not post, follow, unfollow or edit any visuals.

This can only happen if you have a number of fake followers or spam followers already following you and Instagram removes them. We'll increase your followers with REAL like minded and interested followers.
